Air Fryer Fingerling Potatoes are crispy, easy to make and delicious! I paired the potatoes with a homemade Greek yogurt dipping sauce.

What you need

tbsp avocado oil

tbsp dried rosemary

tsp garlic powder

salt & pepper
cup plain greek yogurt

tbsp lemon juice

tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

tbsp mustard

tsp paprika
Instructions
0 First, preheat your air fryer. If your air fryer has a preheating option you can preheat your air fryer. If you don’t have that option, you can run the machine at 400 degrees F for 2-5 minutes. Leave the machine running for about 3 minutes for smaller air fryers. Leave the machine running for about 5 minutes for larger air fryers. 1 Clean and pat dry the potatoes. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise. Place your potatoes into a bowl. Add oil, rosemary, garlic powder salt and pepper. Combine until the potatoes are coated well. 2 Add the seasoned potatoes into your preheated air fryer. Try not to stack them on top of each other or they will not crisp nicely. Make this recipe in two batches if you have a smaller air fryer. Air fry at 400 degrees F for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through cooking. 3 Make the dipping sauce as the potatoes are cooking. Combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl until creamy. 4 Serve the potatoes with the dipping sauce and enjoy!View original recipe
